Use & Tips

PREPARATION:



  1. Prior to application, find the correct size for each nail. Align the nail tabs facing your cuticles and check sides for proper fit.

  2. If you are in between sizes, go smaller, not larger.

  3. Wash hands with soap and water and dry thoroughly.

  4. Use the included cuticle stick to gently push back excess skin.

  5. Wipe nails with the enclosed prep pad to clean nails for better adhesion. You can use rubbing alcohol in place of or in addition to prep pad.


APPLICATION:



  1. Peel the backing from the nail and gently press onto your natural nail, center, and sides at the same time.

  2. Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat for each nail. (Press on thumbnails last.)

  3. Wait at least one hour to wet hands or file nails if desired.


REMOVAL:



  1. Do not force or pull nails off.

  2. Soak your nails in warm water with soap or oil.

  3. Once the water is no longer warm, gently peel the nails off from the side and use cuticle stick to help lift off if needed.

  4. If you need more assistance, soak in acetone, or use KISS Glue OFF.

  5. Wipe off nails and adhesive.

"I received these imPress Design Press On nails from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. These particular style of nails have a translucent look to them - I can see the outline of my own nails through them. The plastic is on the flexible side. The adhesive is surprisingly strong - it was hard for me to take them off even after wearing them the entire day. Its easy to stick them on - mess free! They get the job done and make you look polished instantly."

The one thing I wish the kit came with is a file. The standard glue kits come with a file, which helps to shape the nail and file dow the little nub left over from production. "They aren’t bad they are very cute for spring or formal events. The color is a little sheer and you can see my natural nails underneath which I’m not a fan of. It makes the press on nails look transparent instead of like they could be my natural nails. Still cute but not my favorite. These no glue nails do not last long on me. They generally start to pop off within couple days. The nails with designs are thicker and those pop off faster. They are comfortable and a great option for a quick manicure."
