How do I sign up for the imPRESS VIP Club?

Simply create an account using the ‘Sign Up’ button at the top of this page.

Who can sign up for the rewards program?

The imPRESS VIP Club is only open to those with a US address.

How do I log into my rewards account?

To access your rewards account you must first sign in. This can be done by using the ‘Sign In’ button at the top of this page or by clicking the person icon at the top of your screen. Once you enter your email address you will receive a verification code to that email address to complete your login. You should now see you points balance and tier status!

Is it free to sign up?

There are no fees to sign up to our VIP Program.

Earning and Redeeming

How do I earn points?

You can earn points by shopping for all your favorite imPRESS products! You can also earn points by signing up for texts, leaving a review, following us on Instagram, and more! You can see the full list of how to earn points by scrolling up to the ‘Ways to Earn VIP Points’ section.

How do I redeem my points?

Once you’ve added all your imPRESS faves, run, don’t walk to checkout and there you can redeem any available rewards.

Is there a limit to how many points I can redeem per order?

You know there is. You can redeem a maximum of 500 points per order. That’s up to $50 off!

Do my points ever expire?

Yes, your points will expire one year after you earn them.

When will I see my points in my account?

VIP members will see points earned shortly after completing an action or after your order is fulfilled.

Why did my points balance go down?

Your points could have expired, or you, or someone you referred to our site, canceled or returned a purchase.

Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?

You must be signed into your account when making a purchase in order to earn points. If you accidentally checked out as a guest, contact us at help@impressbeauty.com so we can assist in applying points to your account.

I referred a friend, and they made a purchase, but I do not see the referral points in my account. What happened?

You may not have received your referral points if the referred friend’s order did not meet the minimum purchase amount. You can contact us at help@impressbeauty.com to verify your friend’s order amount.

Can I use my points on the other brand sites like KISS, FALSCARA, and KISS Colors & Care?

Yes you can! Your points carry over across all 4 of our sites (KISS, imPRESS, FALSCARA, KISS Colors & Care), so you can earn and use your points on any of our sites.

Returns

Can I return my order even if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?

Yes! You will be refunded the points you redeemed on your purchase. Please give the reward refund five business days to to display in your account. You can contact us at help@impressbeauty.com if you do not see your points returned to your account.

Birthday Reward

How can I get my birthday reward?

Birthdays must be entered one month prior to the date. You can put your birthday in the ‘Ways to Earn VIP Points’ section. You will receive an email when your birthday reward is available.
