IMPRESS PRODUCT REVIEW SWEEPSTAKES – OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO, AS OF THE TIME OF ENTRY, ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE (OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE, IF HIGHER). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

2. SWEEPSTAKES OVERVIEW
Please read these Official Rules carefully. These Official Rules ("Rules") govern participation in the Impress Product Review Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members or household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.
4. ENTRY PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on [DATE] and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on [DATE] (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
5. HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes.
A. Product Review Entry
During the Entry Period, eligible participants may receive one (1) entry per calendar day by submitting a product review for an Impress product. To receive an entry, participants must submit a product review during the Entry Period and include a valid email address associated with the review submission. Reviews must comply with Sponsor's content guidelines and be deemed eligible by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Reviews that are incomplete or do not include a valid email address may be disqualified. Limit one (1) Product Review entry per person per calendar day.
B. Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary Mail-In Entry)
To enter without submitting a product review, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, and the words "Impress Sweepstakes Entry" on a plain 3" × 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received within a reasonable time thereafter, as determined by Sponsor. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per calendar day. Each mail-in entry must include a valid email address. Mechanically reproduced entries are not permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, or postage-due entries.
6. ENTRY LIMITS
Each participant may receive a maximum of two (2) entries per calendar day: one (1) Product Review entry and one (1) Mail-In entry, provided each entry complies with these Official Rules.
7. PRIZES
Three (3) prizes will be awarded:
- One (1) First Prize: $300 Visa Gift Card
- One (1) Second Prize: $200 Amazon Gift Card
- One (1) Third Prize: $100 Starbucks Gift Card
Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of all prizes: $600.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash redemption is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
8. ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
9. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted approximately one (1) week after the close of the Entry Period from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their entry. Sponsor is not responsible for unsuccessful notification attempts due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or other delivery failures.
Potential winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification or within such other time period specified in the notification. Failure to respond or provide requested information may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
10. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the acceptance and use of any prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.
11. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or approval.
12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor also reserves the right to correct typographical, printing, or clerical errors in any Sweepstakes materials.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor and its affiliates shall not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention; transmission or processing errors; or damage to computers or mobile devices arising from participation in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules in its sole discretion.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15. PRIVACY
Any personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
16. WINNER LIST
To request the names of the winners, send an email to [INSERT EMAIL] with the subject line "Impress Sweepstakes Winner List – [DATE]." Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the end of the Entry Period.
